New Level 2 Food Safety level II

Food Safety level II in Catering.
We run these courses all the time, at your demand. We can also run this course at your venue, provided there are minimum of 5 candidates.

Graduate/post graduate, bilingual trainers.

The fee for this course is £50 inclusive of registration, certificate and a reference book.

Who should undergo this qualification?
People working in a catering, manufacturing or retail environment where food is prepared, cooked and handled.
Typical environments may include:
• pubs, hotels, restaurants
• supermarkets and retail environments
• food and drink manufacturers
• hospitals
• care homes
• schools

Why is this training important?
Everyone who works with food has a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers and ensure that the food they serve or sell is perfectly safe to eat.
Employers have a responsibility to ensure all food handlers are trained commensurate with their work activities.

Refreshment of this qualification is recommended at least every three years.
